Strictly no self pick-up service, only send through courier service by PosLaju without any additional charges. Customer can purchase 1.5% insurance premium.

3 years local Citizen Malaysia warranty. Citizen Malaysia insists customer send their watch directly to their service centre in Petaling Jaya for better service & support.

6.
The warranty certificate would be randomly stamped with different dealer stamp. (Do not ask us why, that is our agreement within Citizen Malaysia and us)

7.
After warranty period, all spare parts would be charge according to the spare part price. No discount allowed, but labour charges can be FOC (Free Of Charge) depending from case to case.

8.
How to purchase?
Bank in FULL amount first then only we ship the parcel out. For special order once placed order the money can be refund if you want to cancel order but 10% administration charges will be deduct from the item price.
10% admin charges cannot contra off for next model.

Please do not wasting my time asking for prices. Citizen watches are price controlled item they are the only distributor (Yes, under Citizen Japan administration) in Malaysia taking effort to control the price and catching those parrallel and water goods "distributor". Whoever in watch business would know there are few fellow caught in Penang/Kedah region.

They only service watches sold through them (there is some secret marking inside the case, not outside the case) but not parallel imported watches.

There are some backdoor discount dealers can give to you but don't expect to have huge discount and so do I as well. If you find the price not attractive please say thank you and walk away.

Anyways thanks, initially I thought of getting a Citizen watch from you, since stocks from Hong Kong and Singapore are going through your bulk as well.
But now that you're telling me to buy from other authorized Citizen dealer in Malaysia, I kinda lost hope...the watch I'm looking for is available in Singapore, ship from there to Malaysia will be subjected by all sorts of tax and duties, which isn't in my best interest.
