Expect the usual hiccups post patch today.
I'll wake up tomorrow to get into game. Added on March 12, 2008, 10:48 pmJust turned on Eve Online just now : QUOTE While monitoring the progress of the patch deployment, a database issue came to light that we felt was important to address as quickly as possible. In order to ensure the best quality patch possible for our players, the estimated time for the downtime has been potentially extended as we correct that issue. Restoration of service could happen as late as tomorrow afternoon but may be as soon as this evening. Please watch the MOTD and our website for more information as it becomes available. Go to sleep Malaysians. This post has been edited by smatdesa: Mar 12 2008, 10:48 PM |

I thought so as well.
In Singularity, the patch was tested in incremental stages. Trying to apply that oneshot in Tranquility is y its busted for the moment. i'm sure that's why they forgot to update the database with the items or whatnot. |

QUOTE(Wavelength @ Apr 9 2008, 09:47 PM) Anyone here use Maxis 3g to connect to Eve-Online. I can connect to Eve-Online using my normal Streamyx but when I used Maxis 3g the server population is unknown and I can't connect to the server. Honestly, Maxis 3G has lots of issues. It has higher speed compared to Celcom 3G, but stability issues. I can eve using Celcom 3G just fine. A bit issues doing heavy combat missions, but otherwise works just fine. |

QUOTE(Wavelength @ Apr 10 2008, 02:34 PM) Do you just plug in and connect the Celcom 3g and just log in to play Eve? Or do you have any setting to do before you can play Eve. I am going to use my Maxis 3g just for agent running and trading using my laptop and when I unable to use my Streamyx. Depends on the device. Either way, (Use 3G phone or USB 3G modem) both still need to configure at your pc to connect to your device. Basically, if you can surf the net with your 3g device on your pc, then you can play eve. |

What resolution are you running on? Seems like a lot of real estate space in window.
