Anyone here use Maxis 3g to connect to Eve-Online. I can connect to Eve-Online using my normal Streamyx but when I used Maxis 3g the server population is unknown and I can't connect to the server.

QUOTE(smatdesa @ Apr 10 2008, 11:18 AM) Honestly, Maxis 3G has lots of issues. It has higher speed compared to Celcom 3G, but stability issues. Do you just plug in and connect the Celcom 3g and just log in to play Eve? Or do you have any setting to do before you can play Eve. I am going to use my Maxis 3g just for agent running and trading using my laptop and when I unable to use my Streamyx. I can eve using Celcom 3G just fine. A bit issues doing heavy combat missions, but otherwise works just fine. |

QUOTE(smatdesa @ Apr 10 2008, 02:54 PM) Depends on the device. Either way, (Use 3G phone or USB 3G modem) both still need to configure at your pc to connect to your device. I can surf the net using Maxis 3g and play WoW also with no problem but the issue is can't play eve.Basically, if you can surf the net with your 3g device on your pc, then you can play eve. |
