Is there any side effect like freeze, cannot use or buggy?

Jailbreak = enable unlimited access to the filesystem. No side effect unless you deleted an important files which critical to the Operating System.

Unjailbreak = edit the /etc/fstab file and remove the rw option from the partition table

So if i jailbreak IPod it will be better from unjailbreak ipod and don't have any CONS?

Jailbreak will enable unlimited access to the filesystem and that how the Installer and 3rd party application installed (which is by default you can't).

Installing useful 3rd party application when the original system doesn't come with it.. can I say it Better?

Can i claim warranty if my IPod after jailbreak got problems?

Restore back the firmware will restore it to the factory state. Even SJ can't tell
