its kind of a hard work if the rack is made of wood.Need lots of time and effort to cut if.But i think you'll be the first to mod a rack in this entire modding thread. smile.gif

How about this,

1) Reservoir goes to the top rack (easier to bleed air), along with mobo & everything directly attached to it. Drill a (or several) large holes for cables to run through between the top and middle rack. Mobo connectors can either face front or back, depending how you prefer the cables to run.

2) PSU & drives go to 2nd rack. PSU will probably have to be screwed directly beneath the wooden piece holding the motherboard, or cables might not reach. Pump can probably be put here as well.

3) Blow holes for fans on the back panel on all racks with components. Radiators can be placed behind the rack, with the exhaust fans blowing into them, or at the empty bottom rack where there is cooler air.

4) Cover the front with glass or acrylic, will need gaps for ventilation intake. Acrylic will be easier to work with in this regard.

Actually your idea is a good one if you're running a phase change cooler, it can sit on the lowest rack. As it is, radiators don't really take up the whole bottom rack's space, you can put quite a bit of stuff there.

Looks ok but I think you should move the reservoir to the top. That way its a lot easier to bleed air, and air won't get into the loop though the reservoir cap.
