there are still users on xp which takes more than 2 minutes to load?OMFG...do something please.
don't load so much startup items. update to the latest sp3.learn to use msconfig. my p4 2.6 takes under a minute to load to desktop from pressing the button. |

if u enable prefetcher on xp/vista,ure boot up times will decrese but when ure running other software does it take a long time to load?
i have tried it on xpsp2 about 2 years ago and i notice it takes 2 as long to open office,winamp,maya... does it happen to u?for xp or vista?cos i see vista's prefetching is better due to the file seeking.. |
