Before installing VMWare 30 seconds. 40seonds until everything's loaded.

Now around 1min max. 2min max.

Laptop btw.

Decrease you mean?

Well, if you have tons of it, Windows have to search for the folder Desktop and show it on Desktop (duh!). If there's nothing to show then there is some spare time for something else to load.

It's not obvious, but it's there.
