Majority of the pedals don't come with anything...... MAYBE a power adapter for some..... but even high-end boutique pedals seldom come with power adapters.
All my MXR/Dunlop pedals I bought don't come with power adapters and I have to buy a separate MXR power Brick adapter for them all. The only one I bought so far that came with a power adapter is my Digitech Whammy because of the voltage difference it requires.

But this is maybe because alot of musicians PREFER batteries because they claim it eliminates some of the hum...... or so they claim.

But in terms of audio cables? No dice. Guitar Cables are also very subjective to the musician. For me, of course I would prefer Monster Cables if I can afford them, and would be horrified if they included a cheap cable. Some would prefer DiMarzios or Planet Waves or whatever...... Remember, any extra stuff that is packaged with a pedal just adds to the cost, and most musicians has all the cables/power supply they need in the first place. If I had to pay a hundred bucks more for a pedal because of he added power supply and cables? I'd be pissed!

RM35 for 10' of planet waves, around RM45 for 15' or 20' of ibanez iirc
