It's under MIT's CPU host frequency. C.I.A. 2 should be disabled. Use lower System Memory Multiplier if you're using value ram.

Try lower the CPU multiplier by 1 then pump up FSB. Ram multiplier try 2.0. What type of PSU you're using?
