Try this. P2 is basically a race against time, and the efficient usage of DPS. I did the number crunching and this is what works for LoTH.

1. Bow dies first to focus fire from all ranged dps (melee dps can start working on other weapons). This gives tanks time to gain solid agro.

2. 1 rogue/enha shammy/dps warrior on Staff for interrupts (the aoe frostbolt hurts). All other melee on Mace for interrupts and dps.

3. Once bow dead, range dps switches to AOE. Have warlocks CoS the weapons. Go all out AOE. Mages AE. Locks SoC. Shammies drop that fire elemental totem. Fury warriors WW. etc etc etc.

4. Once Mace and Staff dead (they will die fast coz very little HP), then switch to single target dps.

Melee -- dps the dagger, then the sword.
Range dps -- dps the shield, then help finish off the sword (dagger should be dead by the time the shield goes down).

All players loot their weapons. Then ranged dps focus fire on Axe.

Usually, using this method, P3 starts just about when the Axe is about to die. We have ample time to loot all weapons (about 5-7 seconds time to loot), and another 5 seconds to start moving to positions for p3.

Try to let Thaladred die to the far back of the room as possible, away from Capernian's tanking position. This will also buy you several more seconds.
