if can which parcel should i use?
do i need to wrap it before put it into the parcel?

IINM Pos Expres is supposed to be for documents only

but most dont really care as long as the envelope can be closed its accepted lol (actually i received a 3 cm thick RM 2.50 post express envelope)

Added on November 13, 2008, 3:00 pmuse the RM 4 one.. there are bigger pos express boxes but they cost RM 6 & RM 7 (might as well use pos laju edi)
best if u wrap in a plastic bag first before putting into the envelope in case it gets wet. if you find that the envelope is too thick and you cant close it properly, better tape it close.

also, if u send things (non documents) regularly using pos express, you could just purchase a few envelopes to take home cos some workers will scold you for sending other stuff using pos express.

may i know the parcel postage fee from semenanjung to semenanjung and also semenanjung to sabah/sarawak?

if a post a parcel the size is 1.6m height and the heavy is around 7kg how much? also need to warp up with white paper at outside part?
or i can direct send to post office without the box?

better use bubble wrap,then another layer of cardboard,then newspaper,then only the brown paper.
that will do it.

Yeah. This guide did help me. Should have it pinned. I usually wrap stuff with bubble wrap also. Except if its clothing. Then just plastic bag.

Added on January 14, 2009, 1:17 pmif u keep the hard drive box.. simple..

1st, try to insert in some wasted paper into the box to prevent any vibration during the shipment which cause direct damage to the drive.

2nd, use newpapers to wrap the outter of the box (advise to wrap at least 2-3 layers)

Then u can jst put into the poslaju plastic bag and seal it nicely.. here u go

PS: advised to insured for gadget... but so far i didn't occur any damages due to poslaju... jst the method how u wrap.. the tutorial of wrapping is very useful bro...

hi all, can someone let me know how to wrap an item if the item is very small? cos I've been dealing few times all got big boxes but this one is vrey small only
Estimated measurement of my item :
Height - 4cm
Length - 6cm
Depth - 1cm

the poslaju form so big ah.. how to stick to the small parcel? or.. i put into a bigger box and wrap up is it?

never sell this small box item before..

If that small can just put it in an envelope than can paste the poslaju slip.

oh btw, one tip from me.. for those boxes packages, once you have wrapped your stuff, if you have a printer, print out the recipient address on a piece of paper with big font size ie. name, address, contact so postman can really really see clearly, cos written handwriting may be poor for some (my handwriting ok de, just lazy write ), save time but cost bit more only too

front paste your form, and back got the clearly typed/printed recipient address
