No, i though the hotter one is GPU b4 i take out the heatsink, but  i found the hotter chipset is CPU.  sweat.gif

hmm.gif make me wander why your CPU is hotter then GPU,

mostly all the xbox 360 are the other way around laugh.gif

unless, you didn't put any thermal compound on the CPU die.

if CPU hotter than GPU thats mean 3rod will come in short time or maybe is sign of 0110.

Hmmm.... i m not sure it will come or not, bcoz after i replace the new thermal paste, i boot it for first it still hit by 2rod, but i left the 2rod runnning about 10 minute, then next time i reboot the machine, thats no more rrod anymore.
