depends on your area. i am not really sure either u can get same speed with me with 1mb/s package. i just upgrade my streamyx package, and get approved in yesterday. port forward do really helps.
Last time i was using 512kb/s package, it serves me with fast speed too, i can get something about 100kb/s+-
Here's a screenshot of downloading speed of 512kb/s package

dear kaizsheng, can u provide us your modem/router model?
Listening Port 23440, set in virtual server with tcp/udp listening mode.
Tick the Enable UPnP port mapping.
Beside that, u had told me that u cant browse internet after u port forward your bitcomet. Can u please post a screenshot of TCP/IP in your bitcomet setting? It should be at least 500 above (i set it as 10000) biggrin.gif
Below are some screenshot of my bitcomet setting.

Don't forget to post ur modem or router model here too !

And i am using 4mb/s RM160/mth Package, i don't think a normal 1mb/s package can reach that speed as well. And u have a good 218 ip over there. Forget to mention, i only full speed seeding when after i finish my downloads. so i capped my upload speed per task at 3kb/s. icon_idea.gif

It is simple. Just type the default gateway in your internet browser (IE, firefox)

example: http://192.168.0.1

mine's default gateway might different with you.

To get router/gateway IP:

click [Start] > click "Run" > type: cmd > click [OK]
At the Command Prompt, enter: ipconfig /all
from the screen, you should be able to see your default gateway IP or your router IP.

from your posted snapshots, the last one may be you can apply a larger number of 100 ~ 256
*
yep, just followed what yelsew said. patch the tcp/ip too 100 ~ 500 or higher than that, will allow more connection inbound (correct my if i am wrong).

The application C:\Program Files\BitComet\BitComet.exe cannot establish connection with server 00.000.000.00. Please check your internet connection settings. If you have a firewall installed, check that the application avp.exe is allowed internet access.<<<
PLEASE help me with this!thanks!

Are you using WindowXP Home Edition? Try to start your window in safe mode, then proceed to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers , rename the tcpip.sys.ORIGINAL to tcpip.sys. IT should helps.
