Recommendation for a gaming laptop ,

15 inch , external graphics

Budget not more than 3.4k thanks

Gaming in terms can play those games released nowadays lor , i bet most of laptops with external graphic card can play but with lower setting lor maybe . XPS is totally out of my budget , was considering Inspiron or Vostro or any laptops with 8600GT/8600GS within my budget.

Processor: C2D T7250 2.0
Memory: 2GB
VGA: 256mb 8600M GT

Budget 4.5k looking for a laptop for movies,song and games .

Acer Asipire Gemstone / Dell`s XPS ?

I like Gemstone too , its gets a good review and a 82% rating while the XPS 1530 gets 84% rating (notebookcheck.net) . But XPS 1530 is less heavier , less pricey, better performance and more important of all .. superb service . But still i`m planing to get Gemstone coz i watch movie and listen to songs more often and its has all teh requirement i wan .. eg 8 cell batt , hd lcd , 320 gb etc etc . Bout teh service , my dad knows the acer`s manager here in my place .. so i dun hafta worry a lot =D

Btw , every brand has its problem , XPS 1530 has lots of problem too , leakage + grainy lcd prob , hdd prob , heat prob , shock prob etc . So its all bout LUCK
