This laptop choosing business is really overwhelming' I would highly appreciate any help I can get choosing a laptop...please advice

I need a laptop for mainly running photoshop, Autocad, Archicad, Sketchup, MS word, 3dmax etc etc (graphic rendering/ design)

My budget is really tight ~ around 2000-2500 RM Max

looks not really thaaat important but would be a plus

what do you think? Is this any good? will it run the applications smoothly/ reasonably?

Please advice or recommend a better laptop within the budget
