Babypips and Forex Factory is a start (if you really are new).
I'm not sure of anything realiable to start as low as US$10 - wait for billytong/normeck/etc

I did abit good today..

On a point of discussion: What is everyone's method at 'controlling emotion during trading?'
(dun say lar robot-like trading, just share experience on self-control)

GJ had been dropping since morning, and I'm lovin it

EU is also on a steady rise (though slow)

Had a good run yesterday night, very slow long on GJ but worth the wait

I wish LYN have a live-chatroom function - I would've posted it in the first post so that we can have live discussions whenever we do our trading at different opening market and news updates.

Good/bad idea?

LYN once had a live-chatroom stickied in Kopitiam (for a week), it didn't have much of a problem

Good question on participation using online messenger, but that is the thing, who will contact who at what time.
But if its a dedicated chatroom located in the first post, anyone can come in to chat, discuss, leave a message - all in real-time.

Well, just a suggestion (if anyone supports it, I thought of bringing the idea to the Feedback section), since I think it is also applicable for the Stock Exchange sub-section.
Practically since these 2 topics (forex and stocks) are non-Kopitiam materials, where we will only discuss on the financial trading issues.

I had been doing an experiment between self-trading and managed accounts.

My conclusion: Managed accounts, although far more safe (as long as managed by good track record-companies), are slow
