Want to ask, can a lowepro fastpack 200 fit a lense the size of a 70-200 f2.8 lense (canon)? Thanks.

I want to fit my 450D and 24-70 f2.8 lens in a backpack. Should I get a Lowepro Flipside 200 or the Kata 3n1-10 for this purpose? Which one is more comfortable? Pros and cons? Thanks =)
