i was talking about the blue bag you posted but yeah same case also with the Ari. i think that its a little too small for me, especially with the non customizable inserts. i can't fit my 60D + 17-40 with hood attached in properly. i think its similar to the Hadley Pro, they're not really made to carry DSLR gears, more towards the m43 cameras haha. sure it can fit, but i don't think it was really designed for it, just my opinion.
anyway, i came to the conclusion that no matter what kind of bag, even with some weight reducing feature, you'll still feel the weight after awhile. with the Ari even with the so-called wide strap that's supposed to distribute the weight on your whole shoulder and this that, all i had in my bag was a 60D + 17-40 and my fisheye lens, after a few hours my shoulder started to ache already.
same with the Lowepro Slingshot 200AW, Vanguard Uprise-46, Incase Ari, and even with the Domke F-2(just the bags i used). all bags are still the same just depends which type you prefer

.
haha i don't think i'll ever ever visit your shop again, sorry

. you can ask jajabinx if she remembers me, took me 3 hours to find your shop and another 2 to get back to kl

. mainly cause i'm bad with roads and to get to your shop its very confusing
Haha, no worries. Next time we can meet up in PJ/KL for TT or COD or shooting or whatsoever

The 17-40’s hood is biglah. Only larger bags like the UD60 can fit, but that will kill your shoulders in the long term. I swore off big shoulder bags coz after awhile your shoulder feels like its dying

do it long term and you get health problems
Hmm, you need to try out Fstopgear's black box or mountain series backpack. I walk around all week in events with a fully loaded 20-30kg load and don't feel it. It's the holy grail of backpacks.
Previously used a Thinktank Streetwalker hard drive in Tokyo and regretted bringing so much gear on the 3rd day itself. Had a Computrekker and the same problem as well. I used to cringe when I carried a fully loaded 20 plus kilos backpack as I began to develop back problems.
You know, the kind of "crack" when you bend a bit, even without the backpack and a sharp pain? No longer have that problem now with this new one.
Grajindo : it's on http:/Fstopgear.com/product/Millar

Fstopgear is a well known brand for comfortable bags, meaning you can carry them around without feeling the burden of the weight, especially the backpacks. They're used in US/Europe by the same photographers who use a ThinkTankPhoto modular system to shoot weddings

One dealer tested Fstopgear's backpacks and said only Tamrac and Fstopgear knows how to make proper backpacks

Millar series is a bit different. Made of Korean poly spun nylon, it's meant to be a fusion of old Skool meets retro. With featherlight dividers

read more and decide for yourself lah. Any bag is better than no bag
