I think most of them just download from Stardock Central.

I do recommend you to download from Stardock if you have a credit card.

Hi.  I've just bought the game and I like it.  Is there anyone in the local community that I can play with?  Who should I add in my friend's list?

Your PC will handle it at mostly high settings. The game is made for low spec PCs, and it does it well. Lower requirements than Medieval 2.
