Do you have learn yoga or your friends around you? How do you think on yoga? Is healthy? Pls share yours experience and comment on yoga things... If you, will you learn on this kinda exercise? |

My fiance teaches yoga part-time
 It's a good form of exercise. Not only tones your whole body, also improves breathing and flexibility. And contrary to popular belief, it's not just about twisting your body into pretzels! There's different types of yoga for different types of people. |

i am doing my yoga classes at MyYoga, The Gardens Mid valley
they have very good facilities that Yoga Zone cannot follow up such as, sauna, steam bath, complimentary towel. beside yoga, pilates they have various dance classes such as belly & latin dance class body pump, body combat , indoor cycling class and much more |

myYoga is under California, they had the Zen Membership which was RM 8000 ++ for lifetime and any branch in Malaysia.
I think its not as worthy as the Infinity Membership |

Kuchai Entreprenuers Park (Kuchai Lama) got many yoga contres.
