It's been a while since i have this ibanez guitar. and i find that the pickups could be better
i was thinking if i change two of my pickups
to another two with different outputs, will there be any difference in volume when i alter the pickup selector,?
say one has high and another has middle output,. ?

Adjusting the pickup height will help with balancing the volumes.

and how can i get it?

a indonesian made guitar, marlique, uses tesla pickups.
someone here is selling the guitars, dunno if hes willing to get u the pickups individually.
