recently i bought -a Soundstream component set, XTC6(RM480) for my front speaker. -A simple 45x4W Sony Xplod HU(RM200+). -a max 90W 3 way alpine(RM300+) for my rear. So what should i do/ continue from here? I'm new. Suggestions? My car is big inside (CRV) so if i do install a 4 channel amp powered to component and sub, whats for the back? my lousy 90W max alpine shud do it? or shud i jus throw away my alpine speaker and just keep to front component and a sub? i'm not too sure. i mostly use my zen mp4 to play songs cause if i use CD, the bass is just not enough for me. comments?? what is SPL and SQ btw? >_<

hehe... dun think your car is big... i had sat inside a ford everest's third row with only the front component set... well... i say they sound pretty well... loudness is not lacking...
anyway... agree with loon... an amp and a sub should solve your bass problem... the creative zen has more bass because of EQ...

get an amp and two 10"/12" sub. it'll rock your world. change ur rear 3-way to a decent 6.5" component set for a surround effect.

normally the back seat speakers are faced towards passengers from the front, as u dun wanna have a mixed ( front and back ) sound stage. Meaning where the sound come from, i'm sure u dun wan it to be from the back. Like imagining a concert in front, not the back.
