If you using ATI card, you got to use ATI Bios Edit 0.96Beta from ComputerBase.de

After editing BIOs file, you can use WinFlash 2.0.0.2 to flash your VGA card in windows. Make sure you close all application before running it.

If you are not using ATI card, forget what I say. haha.
