Hi all,
Need some sifu here to advice. Currently I am using my laptop to watch DVD with my 37" LCD TV, connected via VGA (RGB) cable. The pic quality is acceptable and I am not sure if a DVD player with HDMI would makes it even better? or maybe juz a slight diff? Is the pic quality from my setup now is limited due to the:- 1) vga cable? 2) graphic card? 3) software i used to watch DVD? the output to my TV is 1360 X 780, picture is superb, but when I watch DVD, the resolution dropped to 780 X 480 (based on the info from media player classic). If there is a huge differences from a HDMI DVD player compared to PC input, then i might consider getting one... Any advice? |
