QUOTE(law1777 @ Sep 19 2008, 08:47 AM) budget so high i think u just wait for samsung series 7/8 la I was briefed Series 7 PQ is exactly the same as 6 sans DLNA and some other features apart from PQ and Video processing plus its abt RM11,000 - RM15,000. Series 8 was not mentioned.

IMHO, its not wise to spend so much for a piece of entertainment equipment. Afterall, price is rapidly coming down at speed of light.

Bought my PS3 during the launch, bought a HDMI cable as well. I noticed my LCD TV does not have a HDMI output, only DVI, PC and HDTV. I was looking for a HDMI-DVI adapter to connect my PS3, anyone knows where to get it in Perak, maybe a specific shop in Ipoh??

Please make sure your TV is HDCP compatible first, or else you'd be wasting your money

A HDMI to DVI adapter should not cost more than RM15... less even better... you can get also a DVI to HDMI adapter and plug it to your PS3 instead and use a DVI cable to connect to your TV...
