Why don't you stick with standard defination. That is where most of the source is....astro, dvd, vcd, etc.

jchue, its easy, try comparing sony S series fullHD with their V or D series HD ready model, there is a reason for the price difference u know

Yea..no doubt Plasmas have better PQ but I do believe if u properly calibrate a decent quality LCD, they can come pretty close..
I've pretty much gave up on LCDs (yes, I have 2 Samsungs and 1 Sony all within the span of 1.5years...LOL!). Think I'll get an Opto 65 when the right time comes. Screw Plasmas
