Just bought the Revoltech Ultra Magnus, but it doesn't come with the extra 10 white color joints, is it normal?

I bought the Figma Kan'u Unchou. But I can't plug in the stand completely into the hole at the back, and the breast part can't attach properly as well. Anyone faces this problem?
