i just check with bank customer support.
if a bank atm card with PLUS or cirrus sign/logo behind it , it is eligble to withdraw money from oversea atm, which also have the PLUS/Cirrus logo. PLUS / Cirrus = Visa / Master, if we can withdrwa money with credit card in oversea atm, so do the bank atm card. FYI, malaysian local bank like public, cimb ,alliance, doesn't support this kind of service except maybank. Alternatively, try UOB, HSCB/ Citibank , foreign bank had more branches overseas Added on August 26, 2008, 11:17 pmso my earlier question is answered, i can use maybank atm card to receive money from my parents. anyway thank you for all the suggestion This post has been edited by kayexh: Aug 26 2008, 11:17 PM |
