Hi everyone. I just got 3 offer to further my study in Australia ( Monash , Wollongong , and New Castle ) I'm planning to choose Monash so, what do you guys think ?

So, I choose Monash then coz the sound of Monash in my heart is louder, adn the course offered is my first choice that i want. Is it easy for me to get halal food there?

I'm taking Bachelor of Computer System Engineering. I had my diploma in IT last year currently i'm taking IS Engineering at MMU. However i also applied to study in Australia and i already get it as mentioned so, I might quit MMU after this heh.

About hard or not to entering the uni, in my case during my diploma my cgpa is above 3.6 less than 3.7 and i applied for 5 uni s and i already get offer letter for 4 uni s. But my friend his cgpa is lower than 3 and he get into MU ( is it university of Melbourne? ) i was kinda .... speechless.

Another this is about hte credit transfer or Adv. Standing, i'm in IT and my friend in Architectures , he get 200+ credit points while i only get max of 72 poits and that if i go to wollongong. If i go to monash i only get 24 points. So.... he from 4 years shorten to 1 years and me ...4 years to 3.5 years. Oh well, .5 years for fun in Aus i gues . And you must have your course outline and syllabus for transfering subjects.

My friend will fly there this Tuesday all best for luck for him ( first time he lived alone how does he feel hehe ) . After i get my scholarship i will fly there on mid 2008.

Haha nice to hear! I apply trough Study link ( visit here http://www.studylink.com.my/ ). Your dip ends on May ? does it means that your convo is on May of you will finish study in May? coz i finish my study for diploma last year and my convo is in August 08 ( WTH???? ) . Yea you better settle it ASAP. Coz they will need your acceptance for the offer before the deadline ( The fastest i need to reply is in April forgot which Uni i think New Castle ) .

As for scholarhsip, i am going to apply Shell,Mara,JPA,Intel,Petronas and any other company that I can. Best of luck for you mate Wish luck for me too heheh.

My convo is on August 08 T_T. Means taht i will miss my convo . I dunno if it is okay to miss it or not haha.
So far after being apply through Studylink , no problem with them They always call if there is problems or so. They always held an education exhibition and by going there I apply with them. If not, you can try to call them and ask about it. I get response from those universities kinda quick. Around 1 month i get the replies.

I heard the company that i choose to apply my scholar , and how tied are you with them are not so tight. Unlike YTM you'll need to work with them for 10 years!!!

It's hard to find house now in Melbourne T_T. I'm a new student in Monash here and still having problem with my accommodation. Now i'll be staying in Malaysia Hall temporarily for 10 days .... far from Clayton. Anyone here studying in Clayton need a housemate or knew someone who require one pls PM me.
