does anyone know if i have register a co name as MAfia production for my business for examlpe and the shoplot signage i want to put as another name like Machine . is it possible for the retail business or i need to use back the register name.

i saw a lot of boutique shop that has a Brand name for the shop but at the side bottom it wrote dimiliki oleh ...co name.

if you open a physical shop in a commercial area, your sign board needs to be approved by the area Dewan Bandaraya. You shop sign board can be the same as your company name or different. That's up to you when you apply from DBKL.

TS, on the signage or the billboard, you can put whatever name you want...as long as you have the registered BANDARAN number and dimiliki oleh...

I wonder why would you want to put different name on it? Besides creating confusion to your customers?

my laundry uses the name Kedai Dobi Mesra while my company name is Izham Zuraini Enterprise, if i use Kedai Dobi Mesra as a company name, i cant use it to open up a computer spare part outlet as a second business, it will confuse the customer...u understand what i mean?

yeah that is the reason i dont want to have a same name with the sole prop name. my registered name can be used for other business so that i dont have to print so many name card for 4 to 5 business later on.

Ya of course I do. I'm just wondered why thread starter want to do that, considering he has one business only at the moment. If I were you, I would keep the name same to create branding on it.
