wonder if we can move divx and avi films to my iphone or not?

nope, you can't. You need to convert first to mp4 or m4v format. It's encoded by either MPEG-4 compression or H.264 compression. U can convert it using many softwares. I used Videora for long time.

After converting your movie media files into the required format as stated by the guys above, place them all into one folder (for easy reference later on), then add the folder into iTunes. After which you can customize your settings to sync with your phone

Take note that Super C doesn't exactly work very well in Vista. Videora would be the best choice, following by DVDVideoSoft's Free Studio Manager app with the 'Video To iPhone' add-on. Jodix works really poorly, both audio and video output quality.
