Ok i got, 4500rm as my budget and i need everything. case,psu,graphics card, processor, hard disk... im sure if i buy all at once from same shop maybe got discount but what should i get?

RM4500 looks like an awesome budget without speakers and an LCD. Since RAM is dirt cheap now, and with the new Penryn procs and G92 graphic cards, looks like rather good timing to build a rig with that budget

If you're able to take a trip down to LYP, make sure you take a look at Thundermatch, All IT, C-Zone and of course, ATE for the items you seek. Different stores do have different varieties of products and brands, be sure to preview all before jumping the gun and getting everything from one single store.

I suggest a Penryn E8xxx proc and an Asus Maximus Formula mobo to start with. Go for the GeForce 8 series and even SLi considering your wide budget. A decent Lian Li or Silverstone aluminum full tower case would do nicely, plus a minimum of 1000w for the power supply and 4GB of Crucial Ballistix RAM from the forum bulks (for future purposes). No worries, this may sound like overkill, but just balance it all out to fit your budget, and you're good to go!

minimum 1000W? then what is the maximum?what make it need minimum 1000W of PSU? besides, the thing you listed out already over TS budget and that haven include harddisk yet...

i prefer all iT.....lately they almost the lower price than all shop at Lowyat
4.5k is nice for gaming PC.......dont need to advices budget i think....just take the flyers and search any hardware u want
