Preparing dishes for you love one is a good idea,

I always prepare dinner for my fiancee during weekend espcially sunday, it doesn't have to be everyday as long as she know that you care for her would do already.

Occasionally, i prepared lunch for her and carried all the way from Klang to KL for her. blush.gif

Np Buddy,

Let me teach you a simple dishes.

Go to hyper market and get those really pack chicken breast, few america or holland potato depending on your likely and also a packet of gravy(i used bbq favor).

This packet of gravy is easily available at any hyper, and is very simple to prepare, just pour in warm water and keep stirring the gravy powder till it blend well

Method of preperation for pan fried chicken

1) wash the chicken throughty
2) remove the yellow fat tissue of the chicken
3) marinate the meat with salt and pepper for extra fragrance and taste (for my case i replaced pepper as honey, my fiancee doesnt like pepper at all)
4) place the meat into fridge for at least 1/2 hour
5) ready to pan fried it till a lil golden brown crisp.
6) pour the gravy over the chickens and it's ready to be serve

Method of preperation for mash potato

1) wash the potato thoroughty
2) prepare a pot of water and boil the potato until it is soft
3) peel off the potator skin
4) place the potator on a bowl, add lil bit of salt and pepper and ofcos butter for fragrance and taste
5) use spoon to squash the potato even
6) pour the gravy over the potato and it's ready to be serve
Joyfulness and crystal tears expression from you love one : Priceless

Cheers

the gravy/sauce originally come in powder form, you have to mix with hot water and stir till it become paste form.
These refer to the  gravy/sauce toping on chicken chop or stead

If you go shopping at market you would be able to see it on the spice/sauce corner

Okay got it! Thanks again.. notworthy.gif
