doubt you'd need any...

hardened glass is already pretty much scratch resistant by itself...

btw are the keys heat sensitive?

ie. can i use them with gloves on?

lol...
*
u mean when u wear gloves for cycling and u wanna make a call with E8?
dude...believe it or not..its NOT touch sensitive buttons..except the OMega WHeel..
its actually buttons..but how can it be buttons when the front plate is a piece of glass?
when the phone is on..u can feel like u are pressing own..when its OFF..u can press down..
i don really know how to explain it..its like the FIRST in mobile phone..
u need to try out then only u know..

Design, size, ergonomics

The handset boasts catchy looks: beveled edges, the glossy plastic of the front fascia

BUT someone else said its GLASS !!!

QUOTE
The phone is looking slim with its tempered glass front exterior and a matte back panel.

its normal but not as normal as conventional buttons..
its definitely not touch sensitive..it has a tactile feedback whenever u press it..
they call it...morphing keypad with haptic feedback...

u gotta test it to believe it...i still cant figure out how it works though..maybe u can tell me after u test it..

its damn cool..seriously..period.

ok now i know.
when the keypad is inactive, it felt like u cant really press the 'buttons' bcos it doenst hav the haptic feedback.
when its active, the haptic feedback really give u the feel of pressing it down but u only press down a bit only n the plastic fascia will go down a lil n touch the plate inside n activate the haptic. very cool
