i cod with en ahmad huzaifah (ts:  ROOT)on 25-1-08 9-30pm in kajang to purchase his 2 unit 2.8ghz processor rm180,after agreed on terms cash and 1 week personal warranty in the thread he posted in lowyat last 10days on 18 jan 08.
after i met him about 45 minutes he  already call me to enquired whether theres any problem with the processor (i still cant chk by then because waiting for the other guy (another Irresponsible TS:Torons) to buy 29" panasonic tv till 10-30 infront his bangi house  .(his nervous  call  makes me felt something  Fishy. Why so hurry  ,u give me  1 week to test  . right?)
only on the next day(saturday evening) i check 1 processor and found out its good.  But when try the 2nd one (which r identical) on sunday noon ,i found out it wont boot though install to the same pc`s motherboard,i tried at least 5 times in different interval ,still the same it cant start ,the monitor dont show anything.i tried the 2.4 ghz(my original processor and the other one he sold to me,they work perfectly ,why??)
so i quickly send sms and email to him asking him to refund.but this is wat he(en Ahmad Huzaifah) wrote to me on 28-1-08:

do u try another mobo coz im afraid the processor oredi burn, follow to the warranty that given any physical damage or oc r not include. so i will not take any risk for selling problem item, like i said i have test both proc many times and its working. if u still want me to bank in i can do it but u have post me the proc first so i can check the proc for more detail. regards 

to me i can`t post back to him the faulty one B 4 he refund  ,because i hardly trust ppl like him anymore ,he try to emphasize the processor got  burn and with physical damage.BUT thats  NOT true at all,the processor is just as same condition as he send to me,both looks very new and NO burn mark or bend legs ,they looks good as he deliver to me,simple test  only and common sense will tell if some one mix both the processor (the one works and the spoiled one)i can guarantee, u cant tell which one is  fauty.after calling him for a rm 90 refund , He still insist that i  burn the processor and trying to delay the refund and insist me to send first to let him chk.
that even make me felt i had been Cheated by him.i really regreted buying things from this irresponsible guy ,so en  Ahmad Huzaifah if u can proof that theres any  burn mark or any physical damage ,i definitely wont ask for refund.pls come to my place to check the conditions.since if i send back wat r u going to do with my refund???
