Does anyone still remember, back to 10+ years, public phone was playing important role in telecommunication service in Malaysia. The yellowish Uniphone telephonebooths standing under streetlight had become a symbol of civilization of a township. It has however become a rare scene in the many of the nowadays cities.

Let's share a topic here: are you a public phone card collector? If yes, how many cards do you have? Which country? You are welcome to post a picture of your most favourite card here too.

i got around 500 pieces from japan de...my uncle give me...but i just put there in album...long time no go c back the album ler abt the pic lazy scan n post

yeah.. still remember those days.. but now stop collecting already.. few hundreds.. can remember.. have 2 albums.. the one like box file.. some special or limited edition.. like the x men and petronas.. dont know what to do with it..

LOL, i am new to Lowyat.NET. I didnt know its members are so active for all the topics (I thought i should track this "oldies" hobby only once in blue moon - maybe next month , my bad!!)

I'm kadphone collector, but not now. I start collect kadphone since form 1. I have first edition for kadphone which sukan komenwell 1998 logo. It so rare with no siri A xxxxxx... so, u will look no. siri A to Z and AA to BA but now, I stop collect cause using handphone. I also have kadphone with KRU (Ooh La la). Six cards will combine to be a big cover album.

i used to collect it last time when i am young coz sis always make lotsa calls so i collect her used phonecards.then she went to UK n she still make lotsa calls n i collected UK phonecards as well.traded some japan ones as well.. Have few hundred phonecards but i am not sure where i place it..must be above my cupboard in boxes collecting dust..Also have some SUKOM limited edition phonecards with serial numbers plus the first monogrammed RM100 SUKOM phonecard.

i like UK phonecards lotsa cartoons on it =)

Hmm...yeah it's dull without pics. I have some of em in my storage box. Bad habit (or good) of collecting unwanted junks. Will post em up when I took the pic. >_<

I have been collecting since 1997, mainly from S'pore, Malaysia and Taiwan. Wonder if the collection has any market value like stamp and coin.

i am still collecting phone card,prepaid cards and even mrt card from oversea, Malaysia, singapore, china, korea and japan.i love the old public phone cards. if you don't want to keep your phone, do not mind donate to me, i will take care of them smile.gif
