i was just wondering is there a way to get "discount" on the two things

CUKAI PINTU and MANAGEMENT fees. if theres any loopholes and ways to get it, mind to share it here?

the situation: i got one house in pantai dalam . condo unit. has abndoned it for years. now the management fees is around 12k and the cukai pintu is around 13k.

HELP ME. haha.

Can i ask normally how much pintu cukai per year? And based on what factor it is calculated.

never pay in like 10 years. the afyer years of cukai + interest + denda, sums up to that

Congrats, there's no way you can escape maintenance.

It's a miracle that the Condo Management didn't bring you to court.

Equally amazing that the Local Council didn't confiscate your property.

not yet confiscate. just a lot of "sita letter" on the door lolz.

if got strata title, can escape maintanence fee meh? how is that?

Maybe TS took a page out of Port Klang Zakaria Mat Deros on how he evaded caughing up for so long... Datuk also more than a decade never pay cukai pintu...

Maybe TS can go ask for leniency aka rayuan...

Personally I've paid all my dues on time...
