I just realise that my Felsteel Helm and Gladiator Plate Shoulder was missing before i'm logging off.
I think it just went missing while i was playing.
not really sure whwt happen, but i'm very sure did not accidently sell it.
But I did swith from my DPS gear to tanking gear in the mid of a fight against elite mob (The final quest for Grom'tol charge axe)
So maybe during that time it went missing due to some bug or whatever.

I submited a ticket to GM, do you all think it is possible to get it back?? If yes, how long does it take for them to replace it?
I have gemed it up too, possible to get it back exactly like before?

Are u using Outfitter or Itemrack?

Because if you swap gear while having your bank open, it could end up in your bank.

I was using itemrack. but i swap gear during mob fight.
Anyway, will go and check it out bank later.

During a fight, u can only swap weapons and offhand. Can't swap gear. But once the fight is over, it will complete the change IF you have your gear in your bags.

But i got it all back, i thought they will just give back my gear without the gems that i slot it, but they gem it up for me, exactly same as before.
So all is good.

if you accidently sold it, you can still buyback from vendor.
If it is not available at your buy back, you still can get it back by summiting a ticket to the GM.

Felsteel Helm can buy in AH lar.

Well, u can buyback within a certain time period. Can't remember the duration before the item expires.9

imo, when u logout, the buyback item all hilang.

i just got new boots from ZA <3 btw yes u can buy back from vendor till u log out or you zone into instance/bg

You can get it back by ticketing the GM but bear in mind you can only do this a few times. Everytime you ticket for this reason, you will get back less than what you ask for.

GM will search the database and give you back the 'same thing' (gemed, enchanted or 0/200 durability). Maximum 2 weeks wait but just catch a GM online and they'll mail it back to you right away.
