MTC Huawei E3372 have 2 model.
One is e3372-s and another is e3372-h.
I just got one from andrewsestore.com. The model is e3372h. This one using hi-link. Connection use web interface and can be accessed through 192.168. 8.1

So this model is not compatible with Mobile Partner.
You need to reflash the firmware from hilink to standard usb stick modem. Hope this help.
