I am looking to fix up my 1000 sf condo with the following

1. Paintjob - living and dining hall, 2 bedrooms
2. Hacking old tiles and laying new tiles for 2 bathroom floor and wall ( 8 feet x 4 feet bathroom size each)
3. Removal of old built in wardrobes ( 2 feet by 8 feet wardrobe, 2 feet by 4 feet cabinet )
4. Replacing 6 doors
