I am doing my budgetary cost for my house renovation at puchong.
Appreciate if anyone can quote me as below,

1. Hack the wall of ground floor toilet at A position and move toilet to B position. Redo new tiles for toilet at position B.
    (including moving basin and toilet seat)
2.  Shift door as per attachment.
3.  Window at origin location B shift to A location as toilet no need to have window.
Total 1-3 = RM14040
4. Plaster ceiling for whole house. Flat type for all except double layer at living room. RM9890

I would like to extend my kitchen 22' x 12'. these extension shall includes:-

1. Concrete Piling and foundation works ( as the soil condition is weak )
2. Brickwork (red clay bricks)
3. Tiling
4. Hacking of 1 door and 1 window (existing is back yard door and windows)
5. Painting
6. Wiring
7. Plumbing
8. Kitchen cabinet concrete top
9. Ceiling
10. Shifting toilet to end
Please kindly advise on reno cost.. if you guys got any cheap and quality renovator/ contractor .. please share... Really appreciates all sifus advise and comments.

my only advise is do not go for the cheapest
take account his previous project, request him to bring u to the sites he has done reno before, speak to the owner to get a hang of ur contractors job

if possible, do not just go to 1 site, go for 2 or more sites

that way u can understand what kind of contractor is him

He did not come again after receiving my deposit. He passed my house renovation job to an Indonesian guy, This Indonesian told me will collect payment from me. OH MY GOD!

Please share this out, do not look for this guy for any renovation at all.
