currently im just getting my new house key and i already found 1 interior designer.. but i think he quotes the cost is a bit expensive as i didnt look for other designer so i not really know about the cost..

I dont need to do extention..

my house is 3 storey terrace.

land is 22x75 and build up is 3600s.ftq

actually a lot of things is already done by developer.
- whole house plaster ceiling
- kitchen cabinet wet/dry
- auto gate
- car porch with tiles

what i need to do is
- design on living room and do whatever designer designed on living room/dining area
- all bedroom with build-in wardrobe
- 2 master bedroom with partitial (dressing room)
- 1st floor bathroom with 1 jacuzzi
- grill door/window (whole house)
- change all toilet door to bi-fold door
- change all bedroom door
- whole house wiring/points
- car porch main door/change pilliar
- island between living room and dining area
- stair case change to temper class + stainless steel hanger
- hacking utility room combine with guest room
- conceal guest room toilet
