Dear All

A new security door to let. The current market price is RM1400 and I would like to let go at RM1250. Still under warranty 1 year.

Product description:
Product name = MA (3' x 7') - 501 (Imported Stainless Steel)
Size = 3' x 7'
Color = Copper
Price = RM1250
Reason to sell = the delivery date of the door failed to meet my reno schedule. So end up I decided not to change my door.

Welcome for inquiry, contact @ what apps @ 017 224 8130
or email me at raveus @gmail.com

Hi bros, I am renovating my storey-house basically to remove all existing floor parquet at 1st floor (those 30 years ago wooden stick type flooring) and install tiles.

Is it a must to lay the whole floor with sand cement before lay new tiles (of course better but surely expensive!)?

My contractor told me usually for large area is not necessary to redo all cement, but they can patch with cement any uneven/empty spot before tiling (save my cost). If want he can always do the epensive job.

Do any of you have similar experience in this ? considering cost and long term usage. Really need advice. :-)

If the patching is good, why not. But if patching is bad, the patch area can come out and hence the tiles on the affected area will pop up.

Thanks Wei Kee. That mean actually patching (as long as good workmanship) would be sufficient and is not always necessary to redo whole cementing?

Is it normal for contractor to charge based on the area size, and multiply by the type of tiles (1x1 or 2x1, or 2x2) chosen or is it a daylight robbery?
