hi, i'm new here. hope can get some help abt my tortoises.

got 2 tortoises abt the same size when bought then. almost a yr alrdy, 1 is growing bigger but the other still almost same size. the smaller 1 is very active, walking here n there, the fat one is slping most the time. is it a problem?

today i saw the small one sneezing with big bubble on nose. is it flu? what shd i do?

both are still small tortoise, abt half a palm size. i fed them french beans most the time, sometime longbean, spinach & tortoise pellets pre-soak in water with calciumizer.

i was told they're star tortoise. so can anyone tell me exactly they "indian", "burmese",......???

thanks a lot to any helps/info....

thanks for the replies.

actually, the big one looks ok. healthy n growing, likes to eat a lot and slp. some ppl told me tortoises slp a lot. is it true?

the small one is very active all the time. it eat n slp normally, so i thought is it possible because it's too active so it's not growing as fast as the lazy tortoise.

i kept them together in transparent box (meant for tortoise) big enough for 2 tortoises, leave them near balcony everyday so they can get morning sun everyday. their shells r ok, hard enough i think.

so any suggestion what shd i feed them? i always put more than enough food for them. actually, do they need water? the seller said they dun but i still put a little cup of water in the box just in case.

anyway, i'll bring the small one to vet later. hopefully it'll get well n dun infect the other one.
