@oly, the team city , N16 , Subaru STI, Skyliners, and smart citizens (smart42 and 44) gathers there. Got saga club, vios gang and some others also.

Yes its big enough. Car park can fit bout 50 and another 100 outside the carpark lot. Ermmm alot actually.

Its easy and its nice. But do not disturb thy neighbours. Aunty chew lives there and she kasi me warning liao hehehe.

You can rent the whole car park lot, or juz park outside.
If you rent the entire carpark lot, u can ask Sedap to setup tables inside and minum makan.

I know the owner of that lot, lives between me and aunty chew. She makes a lotta noise coz of the car clubs, but willing to close her eyes so long as no illegal stuff going on.










All in all, this whole area can house approximately 1000 cars. (legal parking methods)
And another mebbe 200 more if u consider the mainroad. but leceh, 3 lane become 2 lanes.
