from two test it looks like dividers.. dont really affects performance but rather only one component, which is the "write". The other components have shot up.

tips for smart computing  dont get parts u dont need and only get what u need  for intel users. good point stated Bryan.

at the moment with JUST value ram i can clock 1100Mhz on cl5  nice leh. On Team Value

@biks im old enough  mind you that 2*2GB kits dont carry chips that can go up to 1200Mhz a.k.a they dont use Micron d9gmh or any of those OC variants.
