went to ts shop this evening..
bought the panasonic th-l42s10k..
superb price.. cash n carry..
went home and installed it with wife's help.. the lcd is soooo light.. less then 25kg.. my old 32" slim fit tv is 58kg!!

played some 1080p movies on it using wdtv live..
absolutely loving the lcd.. super sharp pictures.. my kids love watching madagascar 2 even more now..

thank you joseph! will definitely recommend you to my pals..

X series is not a full hd model..

This chart would easily help you identify which models are full hd models.. got it from the panasonic viera mini site..

thats the c series which is basic and most probably have only 1 hdmi..
i'm referring to the X series -> panasonic THL32X20..

full hd = 1080p..
hd ready = 720p/1080i..
sure if you get full hd its better but to really appreciate it. u have to get a bigger size lcd, atleast 40" or 42".. at 32" not much difference can be seen between 720p or 1080p for most hd movies that you download.. if your source is a bluray disc then maybe u can notice the difference..

price wise full hd 32" is abit expensive, dont think you could get one below 1.2k.. if can i would have bought 1 instead of the X series.. smile.gif

Yeah, never think of that. Haha.. Thanks for your advise. I think LCD can last about 5 to 6 yeas only rite? How much u bought that panasonic model?
*
seller quote me 1k for c series..
1.2k for x series..
u have to double check with seller.. price might change but more or less that range lah..
