Am interested in 2012 Panasonic plasma GT series, 42 inch. Is this already available? Would love to get the VT, but I don't have the space for it. Also, please confirm if the GT is a smart tv, with similar features to Samsung UA46D7000. Thank you.

Budget is RM6-6.5 k. Set cannot be wider than 46inch. Full hd plasma and Smart tv preferable. But will consider one without the other. Please recommend, thanks!
