Looked at the houses there few days back. Looks like a good buy for the houses there. Any comments / Review / Advice ?? It's built by mampujaya and not talam. Any house owners from there or anyone which can give comments ? Thx. Really appreciate it.

yup,it was build by mampu jaya, there must be a reason why the house still empty after 3-4 years completion.most of the house not in good condition...leaking ,missing item and there is an unit also got termite infected.dont be shocked the lp5 semi d was under talam but subcon to abra construction.but the workmanship is better than lestari mansion....just name me one unit at lestari mansion in 100 percent tip top conditon??? i suggest u to bring in your contractor and do the detail inspection of the house before u decide to buy the house...

I pass by that area almost every day going to work. My concern is that the overall area is somewhat run down and dilapidated, including the roads, neighborhoods etc. not just the houses themselves. Maybe it's because there's some construction still going on but MPSJ sure doesn't seem to be in a hurry to fix the pot holes in the roads etc. Have you looked at security if there are any issues there, even though it's right behind the MPSJ polis HQ?
