I think the area is still under developed and there is only one road leading into PDL from Bayan Lepas. So is a bit inconvenient. The distance from the 2nd link should be around 3~5km but again, with 2-way street, it will get awfully congested when 2nd link is ready and the roads are not widen.Any commments about hte location? Is the 2nd link going to be very very close to that area?
The point brought up by samquah is valid too, its a bit kampung and there are a lot of motocyclist zooming around without helmet.
